Major Projects

Scribbly Gum Estate – San Remo

A residential subdivision of 27 allotments situated on the corner of Goorama Avenue and Pacific Highway San Remo. The property was purchased at public auction and we assisted the developers in the acquisition from the then called Lands Department based in Maitland.

We assisted in the planning and selection of protective covenants to be registered on title to create a minimum standard of development throughout the estate.

Our company delivered the sales on time and utilised our relationship with existing major builders to offer house land packages. At least 55% of the estate was sold through the house & land package marketing.

Buttonderry Park Estate – Jilliby

Situated on the corner of Hue Hue and Sparks Road Jilliby. Our company originally auctioned the property as an englobo development site on behalf of the Roads and Traffic Authority.

The site was purchased at auction by local developers. We assisted in the planning and selection of protective covenants to be registered on title to create a minimum standard of development throughout the estate.

The development approval was granted for 27 rural residential 1 hectare allotments. The project was delivered and sold out within the time frame allocated.

Jilliby Heights Estate – Jilliby

Situated and bounded by Crestwood Drive and Parkridge Jilliby. This estate was a proposed rural residential 1 hectare allotment subdivision which we marketed and sold off the plan by way of public auction.

Initially 17 lots were put to auction with 5 Lots selling under the hammer. This excellent result enabled the construction of the subdivision to commence. This was a difficult campaign to market as there were no roads within the subdivision and access to the individual lots was somewhat restrictive. This was the first rural residential estate in this precinct bordering Jilliby & Warnervale.

Jilliby Downs Estate – Jilliby

This large estate was marketed in two separate stages on behalf of two separate vendors in an effort to protect market values within the estate precinct.

In total there were 25 lots in the two adjoining subdivisions. Stage 1, consisting of 13 lots, had access via Parkridge Drive. These lots all sold well within the planned time frame.

Stage 2, consisting of 12 lots, also provided the link road between Parkridge Drive and Hue Hue Road. As with stage 1, all lots sold within the time frame allocated.
